There has been a Victoria hall in the heart of the Harrow community since the 1800s.  The original Hall was extended in the late 1800s to include a reading room, library, football and cricket facilities.  In the 1960s Victoria Hall moved to a modern building and although the reading room and football and cricket facilities are long gone, the halls continues to be a central meeting point for the local commuinty.
